A UK First!
One of Whitworth Chemists Blackpool branches has become the first pharmacy
in the UK to work with the British Liver Trust for a hepatitis screening
event June. During the screening week the British Liver Trust tested 77
injecting drug users and methadone users for viral hepatitis This is
something which has not been done before in England in a pharmacy setting.
